Product Overview


Alloy 90 also well known as Cuprothal 90, standard marked CuNi10, is a classic low nickel copper-nickel alloy material professionally manufactured by precise smelting, continuous casting, multi-pass cold drawing and precision stress relief annealing treatment. This alloy features rational nickel-copper ratio, outstanding electrical conductivity, stable inherent resistance characteristic, reliable mechanical ductility and excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. Different from high nickel grade CuNi23 Alloy 180 and CuNi44 constantan, Alloy 90 owns lower resistivity and obvious positive temperature coefficient, perfectly suitable for manufacturing low resistance wire wound components, low temperature heating units and current sensing parts that require high conductivity and stable working performance under long-term running condition. The whole production process strictly follows industrial standard specifications, with uniform wire diameter, smooth and oxide-free surface, stable batch consistency, fully adapted to mass industrial production and electronic supporting application scenarios.
